Chronicles On Black Relevance ~
|
|
LOS ANGELES, CA - The
Clegg Series announces the unveiling of it's new Clegg.TV
News weblog entitled: "Chronicles On Black Relevance."
We look forward to hosting dynamic forums and posting very
compelling topics with articles, evidence, themes and questions
of great interest to all seekers of knowledge and truth. Especially
as it pertains to the incredible history of achievement in
our global "Black Relevance."
Now that Senator Barack
Obama has become the President of the United States, a question
we must ask ourselves is; "Does Obama's victory make
us more relevant today, as black people?" Did the 70's,
80's and the 90's really improve our station in life or
did they simply make us less ambitious? Are we still capable
as a people of obtaining the lifestyles we so desire? Have
we allowed ourselves to become to focused on the "Small
Street" instead of "Wall Street?"
How "Relevant"
have we become as a "Black" people compared to
the "Golden Age of Egypt," when "Black Men
Ruled (the known) World?" Are we really that "Relevant"
at all anymore outside of sports and entertainment? Let's
explore these questions and more at www.clegg.blogdrive.com

H. Clegg II, Announces Plans For a 2009 King Tut Black Roots

|

LOS ANGELES, CA - As the
King Tut exhibit turned out record numbers in America, while

"Black Origin" of the
most celebrated and well-known teenager of the ancient civilized
world. Historian and Attorney, Legrand H. Clegg II, demonstrates
through his lectures, writings and teachings that the young "Boy
King" was undeniably a Black, African child.
The greatly anticipated return
of the "King Tut Exhibit" to the US back in June of
2005, kicked off a 2-year intellectual battle for rights as to
which race can actually take credit for giving birth to King Tut
and arguably the greatest royal dynasty in the history of man.
The issue of King Tut's hotly disputed "African" bloodline
ignited a firestorm of controversy. There has always been great
debate among scholars, scientist, anthropologists and historians
of all races as to King Tut's true lineage. Till this day, this
same crowd continues to hotly debate the indigenous African-Nubian
roots of the entire Egyptian race.
Former Compton, California City
Attorney Legrand H. Clegg II, hopes to dispel the myths and disseminate
the facts with his planned 2009 -2010 lecture series and conference
tour. "The Black Roots of King Tut" lecture series is
the official name Legrand has chosen to call his "King Tut"
talk circuit appearances. Attorney Clegg explores the 18th Dynasty
of Ancient Egypt with a focus on why anthropologists, museum curators
and others had attempted to whiten King Tut in the exhibit that
was on display in the US until September of 2007.
The "King Tut Black Roots
Tour" is an adaptation of a similar lecture theme produced
by Legrand at the Esowan Bookstore in Los Angeles back in 2005
when the King Tut Exhibit had first arrived in the US. Attorney
Clegg plans to lecture in California in several cities before
going on to lecture in various cities throughout the nation. Special
guest historians and known Afrocentric and Egyptian scholars will
lecture on the "Black Roots Educational Tour." Official
dates, guest speakers and venues "To Be Announced".
